Yes, among everything else going on, we are still pursuing an adoption. We raised approx. 50% of the funds this past spring. We plan to do some more fundraising in September, once the weather cools down a bit.
Please keep praying that God will lead us to the right child. We have hit several road blocks. We have decided to broaden our search to include a little girl age 0 to 5 (we were looking at 2-5 but feel we might have better luck with a 0-5 range). Also we are looking into domestic as well as international.
Any advice on the subject of adoption would be most appreciated.

I'm sorry I dont have any suggestions, but thanks for keeping us all posted. I have often wondered how everything was coming along with regards to the adoption.
I wish I had some advice for you but just keep trying and remember when it comes to adoption road blocks happen all the time, don't take it personally and your time will come.
